So I’m young but I’m not a very motivated person, so when it comes to getting fit the idea is daunting. I have never really followed a program or stuck to a diet but CrossFit has changed my life in many ways. My social life has become something of the better as I continued going to the gym and sticking to the CrossFit program. I was beginning to meet new people and finding the strength and will power to push myself that little bit further.
I am not able to just use my will power and push myself alone to get fit, that’s when I decided to begin CrossFit. I also knew I needed the authority of a personal trainer to keep me on my toes and keep myself from simply slacking off and giving up. I found the first few sessions at the CrossFit training was showing me how to correctly stretch and the basic instructions on what the program consists of and which best suited me.
The CrossFit program is perfect for the committed person even if you have no experience with health and fitness as I didn’t. CrossFit scale the load and amount of strength for each individuals needs without actually changing the program. Something I found beneficial from CrossFit training is it changes how people deal with the doubt they have and that little voice that says it’s too hard. Thanks a lot for visiting. Before we carry on I wanted to say thank you to http://www.moneyhome.co.uk/ for their continued assistance and the support of their online community. Having a help and support team like this means a lot to us as we continue to grow our very own blog.
After session three, the pain that you’re feeling and the doubt starts to turn into pure determination.
Once I started to see minor results I kept at it ready, willing to see the major change in myself physically and also mentally and simply just feeling proud of myself. There is a lot packed into the CrossFit program as they offer the full body workout which includes the elements of weight lifting, cardio, gymnastics and anything else you may want to work on. Each workout normally lasts around an hour so it’s quick but beneficial for the working individuals with a busy lifestyle that doesn’t want to be training in the gym all day like I thought I would have to do.
Advice I would give before starting CrossFit training is to make sure you are familiar with the basics of the body and training it so you understand what the staff are explaining to you and it’s not so overwhelming all at once. People think CrossFit only changes you physically but it does mentally as well giving you the confidence boost that is sometimes needed. The staff at CrossFit put you first, helping you with the many struggles of training with encouragement and reassurance instead of pushing you to do what is expected. The staff seem to deal with you on a more friendship level rather than professional which makes the experience even better.
I say give it a go it has certainly helped me in so many ways and gave me the confidence to keep training and keep my diet healthy.
